Topic: I He truly in your heart?
Lord, have mercy on me, the sinner.
"This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest. For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more."

Hebrews 8:10-12 NIV

10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the House of Israel after those days, says YHWH, Behold, I will put My Torah in their inward parts, and in their heart I will write it and I will be their Elohim, and the shall be My people. 11 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying; 'Know YHWH'; for they all shall know Me, from the least of them unto the greastes of them, saith YHWH. 12 For I will forgive their iniquity, and thier sin will I remember no more.
Hebrews 8:10-12 HRVS

It is interesting,,so many claim to know Him and have G-d in their hearts,,,,but then I see the "lawlessness of men" and they claim YHWH to be their G-d and Yeshuah to be their Saviour and yet they insist that the Law is no loger valid and the Commandments are covered by 'grace', and if that the OT has all been fullfilled by the sacrifice upon the cross, and that they only follow the NT, yet they,,as ones who are not truly set apaprt of G-d, have lawlessness in their hearts and their mouths and they have not His Torah (Law/Commandments) in their hearts. So, since Yeshuah says that the proof of His Spirit being within them is the fruits they produce,,,, if they are being lawless, then dose not that show a fruit that is not of His Spirit??? It seems to me that many want to pick and choose which of the Word of G-d that they will accept and which they will deny. Does it also not say that we are to not add or take anything away from His Word??? And what is the penalty for that??? It seems to me that in the modernising of men that they have gotten far away from the Word of G-d. It seems to me that when He called us to return to His Ways that we need to return to the ways of the early "church" as established by the desciples of Yeshuah. And obviously that time when I would not have to re-teach o this over and over again has yet to come for I do see that many who claim Him as thier G-d are in fact "lawless men".
